Step Up, Enforce Our Rights, and Protect the Unit – 2 Union Delegates Needed
PSPU Local 730 is seeking two (2) dedicated officers to step up as Union Delegates to serve as the critical daily link between the rank-and-file and union leadership. In this role, you will ensure HANA management adheres to the contract, strict Union protections, and honors our rights during investigatory interviews. Read the full memo below to see the exact details of the position and how to volunteer or nominate a trusted officer today. A vote will be conducted once nominations are complete. Delegates will have the Union dues reimbursed annually.
Your Future, Your Contract: Review the Proposal and Get Involved
The bargaining committee has finalized a comprehensive proposal that sets a new standard for our workforce at NWS Earle. This is not just a contract; it is a structural overhaul designed to replace stagnant wages with a guaranteed tenure scale, secure high-quality health benefits through a dedicated Union Welfare Fund, and lock in long-term retirement security. We have built these articles to specifically address the 35% annual turnover crisis and restore the dignity and respect this unit has earned.
We are now opening this proposal for your review. We need every member to read the draft documents to see exactly how we are demanding that HANA Security Services invest in the people who secure this base. Your feedback is vital to our strength at the table. Please review the proposal and submit your questions or comments through the feedback form below.
Finally, our fight is only as strong as our unity. We are looking for additional members to volunteer for the official Negotiation Committee to stand with us at the table, help present our demands, and hold HANA accountable. If you are ready to help us secure this generational win, click the "Volunteer" link to sign up.
NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE: Data Secured & SPFPA Dues Refund Requested

We are moving swiftly toward the bargaining table. Hana has fully complied with our legal Request for Information, delivering the operational and payroll data our committee needs to build a modern, ironclad contract proposal. Furthermore, if you had SPFPA union dues improperly deducted from your recent paychecks during this transition, Local 730 has formally intervened to ensure those funds are returned to you.
OFFICIAL NLRB CERTIFICATION & NEXT STEPS: Protecting Your Rights
The National Labor Relations Board has officially processed and issued our formal Certification of Representative. Public Safety Professionals United, Local 730 is now legally recognized as your exclusive collective-bargaining representative at NWS Earle.
With this certification, federal law strictly protects the status quo of your employment—meaning Hana Industries cannot unilaterally change your wages, hours, or working conditions without bargaining with us first. We have already initiated a formal Request for Information to audit payroll and operational data, and we will be requesting official meeting dates to open contract negotiations by June 15th.

SATIRE ALERT: Operation "Paper Cup"

What is the incumbent union's final tactical maneuver to secure your vote? We’re guessing it involves a paper cup and a cheap plastic keychain.
Watch our latest parody video depicting SPFPA's desperate "Strategic Begging Initiative" outside the Colts Neck Inn. While the video is obviously a joke, your future on base isn't. Do not be fooled by last-minute desperate attempts and empty promises. With official NLRB mail-in ballots deploying this Monday, April 27th, the time to secure true professional representation is now.
Mission Objective 2: Achieved Union Election Scheduled
The NLRB has officially approved our secret mail-in ballot election! This is your opportunity to secure professional representation, hazard pay, and tactical safety upgrades. Ballots will be deployed soon, and strict adherence to the voting procedures is required.
